The warmest day of the year so far was the icing on the cake for Annabel and Alisdair’s quintessentially English wedding in Kent. It was also my second Kent wedding with a Russian connection, after Julia and Antony’s, as Annabel will soon be joining Alisdair in Russia where he’s now based. After their exit at the end of the night through an arch of sparklers, the DJ set up his decks again to keep the party going until the wee hours. I wish I didn’t have to go home!
