After meeting Andrea and John for the first time last year, I knew that their wedding was going to be a ton of fun. Andrea grew up in Portugal so it was extra special to have their reception at the family home. As they both work in television, Andrea as a director and John a cameraman, there was no doubt that the day was going to be captured on film. It was handy passing the cameras to so many capable guests who could do the shooting! They’re also the brains behind Shoot It Yourself, a DIY wedding video company, where they help you with all aspects of filming your own wedding, from giving you tips to editing all the footage. Such a great idea! Here are some faves from the weekend:
Andrea’s parents were kind enough to let me stay with them for the weekend, where I’d be close to the action, which started early on the day:

There was such a buzz while the girls got ready. With Andrea’s infectious enthusiasm you are guaranteed loads of laughs and goofing around!

Local band, Bluff, provided stonking tunes all night.

I think I finally got to bed around 3.00!
