It could not have been a more perfect day for Emma and Tristan’s wedding on Temple Island in Henley-on-Thames. It was full of excitement, from the emotional ceremony at Hotel du Vin to the unexpected power cut at the end of the night (although that didn’t deter anyone from having a good time, that’s what candles are for!). I suggested later that Emma should go into wedding planning as every last detail was planned meticulously and to perfection, it really did reflect their fun-loving personalities. I was especially moved by Emma and her father’s close relationship, who I might add gave one of the funniest speeches I’ve heard.
It was a long day, but I really didn’t want it to end!
